Hi! I am Sue and I specialize in wellness based yoga. My specialties are gentle, restorative and yin yoga. I completed my 200 hour registered yoga teacher training with YogaFit and training in restorative and yin yoga, adaptive yoga, mat, Pilates reformer and therapeutic yoga. I love to teach yoga to beginners and active older adults and making yoga fun and accessible. In November 2016, I will be training in Tai Chi for Arthritis and offering classes at the YMCA and Loring Park.
